  Product Technical Support Consultant

 

Research and developing curriculum based on customers’ organization and its people development needs. Ensure curriculum includes ICT methodologies, teaching techniques, activities, reflective games, assignment and connect with customers’ objectives with performance measurement system. Report, newsletter and assessment writing.  Facilitate training, coaching and mentorship
program.

It takes deep profound business and management experiences in respective industry and/or profession. Superior written communication skills. Receive professional training by ICT and get certified and qualified for training, coaching and mentorship program effective design and delivery techniques. Influence others to make positive transformation.


It needs someone with scientist spirit, enthusiasm and passionate in research and development for practical and real-life applicable curriculums. Patient, empathy and attentive to details. Love to learn, share experiences and contribute professional expertise.

  Partner/Dealer Development and Services
