This presentation focuses on helping participants to enhance the effectiveness in managing and integrating people from different corporate culture.
HR development is one of the critical elements to success in the process of accelerating development. However, multiplying the team size may not necessary increase business performance proportionally. It can lead to opinion differences that may impact effectiveness of decision making, morale, conflict, and even HR turnovers. Similar scenarios happen repeatedly to corporation integration, merging and acquisition.
James Chin shared with the participants how to help organizations accelerate development effectively especially in the emerging China market. He will also address how to perform synergy, collaborate, and inspire full engagement in order to help successfully achieve the globalization and rapid acceleration to objectives.
Participants will better understand the characteristics and the root of cross culture issues in a corporation. James have strike the participants' thoughts towards talent retention, resource integration and benefits in the process of globalization.
