A Fortune 500 Electronic Company is looking towards HR innovation to breakthrough existing HR collaborative manners with across the different business units and departments as part of their People Development Strategy and Vision.
A series of training and coaching sessions were conducted to the HR managers and HRDs across the Asia Pacific region for the company, it was highly commented and the HR were surprised with the innovative manners which is highly applicable to the HR and people development strategies. It has changed the perspective of HR in dealing with their human resources and people development work, enhance the innovative ways to collaborate and partnership with the different business units and departments. Moreover, changing from task based to business results driven manners for performer indication.
After the HR innovation training, additional innovation training were requested for the business unit to enhance the business unit's leadership innovation on business development.
